Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date for store credit only. Store credit will be issued via email within 2 to 3 business days after we receive and inspect your item(s). Mail in returns will incur a $8.95 shipping label fee, that will be deducted from your store credit. Store credit never expires. 

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

Return Terms
•      Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. 
•      Items must have all original tags attached. 
•      Items must be free from stains, debris and odors.

If your return does not meet these conditions, store credit will not be issued. You will be responsible for return shipping costs should you want the item(s) mailed back to you.

•      Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
•      Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
•      Gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your package is marked as “delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend contacting your local post office or delivery service for resolution.  We’re happy to provide tracking information to assist.

Damages
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if we sent the wrong item, color or size, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We ask that you please include photos of any damage to expedite the process. We do our very best to accurately depict the correct colors of our clothing but colors may vary due to photography lenses and lighting. These situations do not qualify for defects but you most certainly can still return them.


•      Do not wash or wear the item before reporting the issue.
•      If the damage or error is confirmed, we’ll offer a full refunded return, including shipping costs, or a replacement, if available.


Issues reported after the 3-day window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Exchanges 
The best way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and store credit is issued, make a separate purchase for the new item.
